Lost or Missing Shipments
SDO SuperSpoons is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been handed off to USPS and marked as shipped. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS for any lost or missing shipments.
To file a claim, visit USPS Missing Mail or contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777. We recommend retaining your tracking number, as it will be required when filing a claim.
