Refund policy

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in unused, resalable new condition with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us via email at sdosuperspoons@gmail.com for an RMA number before returning items. All returns must have a RMA number.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase. Gifts returned by the recipient will be issued merchandise credit.

Note: The original shipping charges incurred in your purchase are not refundable as part of your return. Shipping costs on orders that qualified for free shipping may be deducted from the refund amount should it result in reducing the order total to below the minimum requirement for free shipping.
